Maya Machin

Raised on a Vermont homestead, Maya's passion for handmade creations began early. Her journey into ceramics started at Romulus Craft, where she honed her skills under expert guidance. With a deep love for pottery, she furthered her expertise at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and through an enriching apprenticeship with Mark Shapiro. Each piece, fired in a wood kiln, offers a distinct character, celebrating the beauty of New England handmade ceramics.
