Stone House Story Picture
Diane Hanna's Story Pictures combine photographs and drawings with an original prose poem, single word, or fitting declaration. Simply framed and tied with a bit of ribbon, Story Pictures are meant to inspire, delight, comfort, and charm. They are memorable gifts from the heart and give voice to its whispers.
"A house is more than stone or wood, more than roofs or doors. If you listen, a house will reveal its secrets hidden in attics & cupboards & under its floors. It will tell you of its unrequited love for the house next door or its dream of facing a different direction. A house breathes, swells & shrinks. It shifts, rattles, whispers. It feels the cold. It feels your touch. It will put its arms around you. If you let it, it will. "
