For the next installment of our Premiering Potters series, please help us welcome Anna Alter to the store! Based in Florence, Anna is a few years into her journey with clay after two decades spent as a children's book author and illustrator. So, she is both new to clay and has a long history in narrative art that very much informs her work in clay.
Anna's biggest clay passion lay in surface design, she loves to create designs that are warm and cheerful on pottery forms that feel both modern and from another era.
Opening reception will be on August 14th, from 5-8pm. Wine and light snacks will be served!
