Spencer Peterman's baguette boards have a rough, soy stained edge and an elongated, oval shape. The baguette board is a beautiful choice for bread, cheeses and charcuterie.
This baguette board is made out of upcycled, spalted maple. Maple wood is characterized by a smooth grain and unique light color. Peterman upcycles fallen maple trees that are in the early stages of decomposition to get remarkable spalted lines running throughout the wood.
