When will my item ship?

We do our best to always have the items available online ready to be shopped out from the store within three business days. However, due to traffic both at our brick and mortar store in Massachusetts and online, and the fact that our items are handmade by local and regional artisans, sometimes it can take a bit longer to ship your items. If your piece is out of stock, we will let you know your wait time via email right away. Please feel free to call us at 413-586-4509 or email us at info@pinchgoods.com to let us know if you need a piece by a certain date. We will let you know if it's in stock, or be in touch with the artists to see how soon it can be available to you!


Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we can only ship throughout the United States.


Can I save the shipping charges and pick up at PINCH?

Yes, please stop by, call us at 413-586-4509 or email us at info@pinchgoods.com to arrange a purchase and pick up at our shop at 179 Main Street, Northampton, MA.


Is it possible to return a piece that doesn't work out?

Yes, all items purchased through our online shop may be returned within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us in its original condition within that timeframe. We recommend that you use the original shipping materials, insure the return shipment, and regret that we cannot refund the cost of shipping. No CODS accepted. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment used originally within 7 to 14 business days of the receipt of the return, providing it arrives safely in its original condition.


Our standard in-store return policy of store credit or exchange only, within 30 days and with a receipt, applies to all purchases made at our Northampton shop.


I saw a piece in your Northampton store (or on www.pinchgallery.com), but it isn't for sale on the the online shop. Can I order it?

Absolutely. Only a small portion of our pieces are available on our website currently. Please call us at 413-586-4509 or email us at info@pinchgoods.com to describe a piece. We're happy to send you photos of work in the store and take credit card payments over the phone.
